Founder and Managing Partner
Swati Marwaha is a Founder and Managing Partner of Talent Wing Consultants, having founded the firm in 2019. With over 17 years of experience, she brings deep expertise across executive search, leadership advisory, and entrepreneurship.
She oversees firm wide strategy, operating model and long term capability building. Prior to Talent Wing, Swati spent over a decade spearheading Actuary and Data Sciences Practice for Green Tree Advisory Services. She holds MBA from Jammu University.
